General Shipping Information
At Podlyfe, we ship our products worldwide. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to customers across the world every day, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Processing Time
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand. Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our distribution center for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
- During peak periods, please allow for up to 48 hours for dispatch.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-15 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Podlyfe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged Items in Transport
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
