Changes to the way we display some products nicotine strength.
In line with New Zealand Vaping regulations the strength we display for all products refers to nicotine concentration. In some instances this number is lower than the primary labelling used by products referring to nicotine salt strength.

Never arrived. Cleared customs with no issues over a month ago, but then nothing. They told me they'd look into it. I haven't heard anything since.
I DO keep receiving emails everyday from them asking me to rate "how much Im enjoying" all the many MANY things I've ordered that never came though.

Disappointed
My slim bar doesn’t work and I’ve sent 2 emails requesting a replacement but no replies. Poor customer service!
